I went in looking for a part for my boyfriend's project. Colby took time with me and searched it and found it at another place which was less expensive and that's REAL customer service. I didn't buy anything but that was my 1st time in there and I will definitely go back.

These guys are fast and very helpful. They will show you how to fix something and ever order the part for you! Lawnmower and snow thrower have never ran as good. So good that we have an account for my church and all the equipment they use.

They sold me a mower that wants to bog way down in any tall grass or thick grass to the point it will die if u dont stop. Havent returned calls for over a year. Wont pick up the mower and fix it. Threatens to not help me since I left a bad facebook review. The distributor for this area for scag has also been no help and is more concerned about my bad review of the place. Its pretty sad when you leave an honest review but because its bad the dealer is mad at you.. Do better and stop blaming customers..

Great service and quality. They get to know their customers as well as going the extra mile to make sure you are getting what is right for you and for the job you need to do. I will never go anywhere else.
